  • One of the most profound experiences of my life.

This was my first time attending a Sound for the Soul retreat, and it has been one of the most profound experiences of my life. I wasn't quite sure what to expect heading in, but Michelle and Greg were incredibly supportive leading up to the weekend. And from the moment I walked into the Sedona home I felt totally at ease. There is something very comforting and also exciting to be surrounded by people who are open to discovery and willing to step into the unknown. I loved being able to connect with the group prior to going into the ceremony the next day. The ceremony itself was truly amazing. Michelle is a beautifully talented human and having Greg and Cat supporting the journey created a calm and safe container to really let my mind go. I felt I was able to get out of my body and observe myself in a way I never have before. I saw who I was living as and things I needed to let go to fully embody who I want to become. I am so very grateful for my experience and continue to see its effects unfolding in my life.

  • A catalyst for my personal growth.

Sound for the Soul retreats and ceremonies have been such a catalyst for my personal growth. My biggest takeaway has been learning how to be a greater expression of my essential self, that is, living wholeheartedly by virtues such as authenticity, gratitude, joy, creativity, and self-compassion. I am so grateful for this loving space that continues to serve as a vehicle for deep, transformative work. Michelle and Greg are incredibly gifted facilitators who have created an amazing community. I highly recommend attending one of Sound for the Soul's retreats or ceremonies - they are truly life changing!

  • Truly some of the best facilitators I've worked with.

Michelle and Greg are truly some of the best facilitators I've worked with. They are so calm, grounded and solid. I never felt like they were pushing their beliefs onto us. They held such beautiful space for us to have our own journeys. They were both very attentive and supportive to each person, and were very prepared to help with any experience that can come up in ceremony. Their home was immaculate and well stocked for us. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed. The food cooked by Sam was truly amazing! It was healthy and nourishing and tasted like love in every bite. The energy of the land was so peaceful and so present, almost like the Earth herself was humming. I loved my time in Sedona with Michelle, Greg and Sam. My biggest takeaway from ceremony was contentment with myself and my life. I felt very affirmed in my purpose. I whole heartedly recommend ceremony with them. I've been in healing spaces for 10+ years, and truly think that Michelle is a one in a million facilitator.

  • The first word that comes to my mind .. is safe

The first word that comes to my mind when I think of my time spent with Michelle, Greg & Cat is safe. This is a feeling I've struggled with most of my life - the safety and the freedom I felt to fully express myself and to just be, couldn't be encapsulated into words. Their wisdom and their passion for the work that they do is felt through every musical note, and heard in every single word said.

My experience at the weekend retreat in Sedona was another level of magic, though this journey was much more challenging than I had foreseen coming, Michelle, Greg & Cat were pillars of wisdom and a source of grounding - to help me understand what I was going through. Beyond the sound meditation, having access to community building and conversations that will will last a life time, made a profound impact on me. I think it's really beautiful and really important to be able to connect with so many like minded individuals before and after such a vulnerable time, who all have the intention of heart coherence and bettering theirselves for the future of us as one.

  • More than I could have ever hoped for.

This retreat truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived on my own, hoping to learn more about myself and connect with like-minded people on similar journeys. Within no time, I felt completely at home, and what started as a group of strangers quickly became a circle of friends. Michelle & Greg's Sedona home is beautifully designed to create the perfect space for transformation and connection.

Throughout the weekend, I explored the peaceful meditation garden, gazed at stunning views of the Milky Way, and enjoyed revitalizing yoga and breathwork sessions. The food was incredibly nourishing, and with some friendly encouragement, I even braved the cold plunge a few times! The highlight was definitely the sound ceremony – it brought me such clarity and confidence, both in myself and in the path I'm choosing to follow. I left the retreat with new insights that I've already started putting into action, taking steps toward the more creative life I've been dreaming of. I'm so grateful to have been part of such a special weekend – it was more than I could have ever hoped for.

Greg & Michelle have created something truly sacred. The support, safety of the container, and magnificent sound ability come together in such a beautiful cohesive way. Since the retreat I have felt more in tune with myself and have been vibrating at a frequency of self-love that I had not accessed before. What set this retreat apart from others was how grounded, communicative, and talented Greg and Michelle are. The community and the people they attract are wonderful and I felt like I found a tribe I was looking for.

Chris Pearson-Smith, Dana Point, CA

Michelle holds absolutely impeccable space, embodying and practicing the truths and beliefs we are there to be reminded of and to discover for ourselves. Unity consciousness, unconditional love, personal responsibility (anti-“victim” mindset), humility, and joy! The DEPTH of feminine love is felt and witnessed and received with so much gratitude. Thank you for reminding me both how to let go/trust and how to love myself. During the retreat I was reminded that each moment is specifically, fully, profoundly designed for us to experience in its entirety. After the retreat I still felt the waves of grief, a natural response to the horrible events in the Middle East, but with a deep sense of understanding and acceptance for the divine teacher who is presenting these experiences to me to receive and bring love to. The most important insight was the lived experience of unity consciousness, that we are truly all One thing. One organism. One humanity. One conscious “being.” While we don’t “need” each other in order to be “okay” or enough or accepted or…fill in the blank…we are radically self-reliant..In another sense, we actually profoundly need each other in a beautiful harmonic interdependence.
